The recipe that'll Make You Drool: How To Make Delicious Chili Wontons

Ingredients
  

Wontons(Refer Tom Yum Wonton Soup)
  • 25 to 28 Stuffed wontons
Chili garlic sauce
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • ½ tbsp Sesame seed
  • tbsp Vinegar
  • ½ tbsp Sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • ¼ tsp Crushed pepper
  • ¼ tsp Chili flakes

Method
 

For wontons
  1. Place the frozen and thawed wonton in a steamer.
  2. Steam for 20 minutes or until the wontons are cooked.
  3. Keep the wontons in the steamer until we prepare the chili sauce.
For chili garlic sauce
  1. Add oil in a small pan.
  2. Fry the chopped garlic until you get the good aroma.
  3. In the meantime, take a bowl and add suagar.
  4. Add soy sauce.
  5. Now add Vinegar.
  6. Than add sesame oil and mix.
  7. Add fried garli along with the oil.
  8. Add sesame seed and chili flakes.
  9. Sprinkle crushed pepper.
Chili Wonton
  1. Place the wontons in a serving bowl/plate.
  2. pour the prepaed chili oil on top of the wontons.
  3. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can fry the chili flakes along with the garlic to get a spicy and rich-colored chili oil.
