Ingredients
  

  • cup Lotus seed/Fox seed
  • ½ tsp Chat masala
  • 1 tsp Dry mango powder
  • ¼ tsp Chilli powder
  • ¼ tsp Pepper powder
  • tbsp Palm Jaggery or brown sugar
  • Salt
  • Oil

Method
 

  1. Add chat masala in a bowl.
  2. Add chilli powder.
  3. Add dry mango powder.
  4. Now add pepper powder.
  5. Add salt and mix everything together.
  6. Keep the powder aside.
  7. In a hot pan, add oil.
  8. In low heat add lotus seed/fox seed and fry until it becomes crunchy.
  9. Now add the brown sugar and masala and mix well.
  10. Stir frequently to avoid burning the lotus seed/fox seed.

Notes

  • Be cautious when frying the lotus seed/fox seed to avoid burning it.
  • frequently turn and toss the lotus seed for even cooking.
