Method
Chia pudding base
- Pour the milk in a bowl.
- Add chia seed and mix well. Make sure the seeds are covered with milk.
- Keep the soaked chia seeds in a refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
Mango chia pudding
- Pour the mango pulp in a serving bowl or cup.
- Add the soaked chia seed on top of the mango puree.
- Add the chopped mango chunks.
- Sprinkle sugar,dark suagr or drizzle maple syrup or honey.
- Serve chilled.
Kiwi chia pudding
- Add the soaked chia seed in a serving cup or bowl.
- Place the kiwi slices around the chia pudding touching the cup or bowl.
- Add some more chia seed in the center.
- Place the cherry on top.
- Sprinkle or drizzle your favourite sweetener.
- Serve chilled.
Strawberry green apple chia pudding
- Add the chia seed in the serving cup or bowl.
- Place the green apple strips around the chia seed touching the cup.
- Place the strawberry slices inside the apple strips.
- Sprinkle or drizzle your favourite sweetener.
- Serve chilled.
Notes
- You can soak the chia seed for up to 8 hours for a better result.
- You can store the soaked chia seed for 3 to 4 days in the refrigerator.
- You can swap your favourite fruits with apple, kiwi, cherry and strawberry.
- Sweeteners can be sugar, maple syrup, honey, black sugar, stevia or any artificial sweeteners.
