Quick savoury bread waffle

Ingredients
  

  • Bread slices-8
  • Eggs-3
  • Carrot-2 medium-sized
  • Cob of corn-1
  • Mushroom-6
  • Onion-1 medium-sized
  • Milk-1/2 to 3/4 cup
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Waffle maker

Method
 

  1. Remove the corn from the cob.
  2. Add oil in a pan. Saute the onion, corn, mushroom until they become soft.
  3. Crumble the bread slices into bread crumbs.
  4. Beat the eggs until frothy. Add the vegetables, bread crumbs, milk, salt and pepper.
  5. Mix them well until they blend together.
  6. Heat a waffle maker. Pour the batter and cook both the sides.
  7. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
